Our aim is to ship the product as quickly as possible.
We apologise given the intensity of work if deliveries are made above average.
Delivery time (working days)
EU & UK : 5-10 Days and no charge.
USA & Canada: 10-20 Days and no charge
Rest of the world: 30-40 Days and no charge
All delivery estimates are exclusive of weekends and global national holidays.
Returns
We aim to resolve all queries or concerns before you need to return the item to us. Please see our FAQs page here or contact us for a prompt response.
Changed your mind?
You may return the goods to us for a full refund subject to the following conditions:

The goods are returned in a brand new unused, re-saleable condition and in the original packaging.

You inform us via email at by clicking here within 7 days of receiving your order as to the reason why you want to return. You will then be contacted as soon as possible to discuss the quickest way to proceed.

You arrange for safe return delivery at your cost. You will be given the address after you contact us via email.

Goods must be returned within 15 days.

Products on offer such as buy one get one there is no possibility of return.
Faulty Unit
If you receive a product that is faulty, please contact us and we will guide you through the steps to return your unit for a replacement.
